Our Connexions Personal advisor can be contacted at the Hanworth Centre from Monday to Friday.
Connexions
Our Connexions Personal Adviser provides intensive support to 16-19 year olds from Hanworth and Feltham who need help to find suitable education, employment or training.
Advice is given to help tackle personal issues affecting progress including accommodation, family or money issues.
Guidance is also offered to pregnant teenagers and young mums who require intensive support with a variety of issues including housing and benefits.
